These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sacred Power's educational services, including online courses, retreats, membership community, and related materials. By enrolling in our programmes or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
2.1 Educational Programmes
Sacred Power provides adult education services focused on conscious sexuality, power dynamics, and personal development through:
  • Pilot Programmes: Online 2-week programmes delivered via Zoom live calls
  • Online Courses: 12-week structured programmes delivered through our learning management system
  • Weekend Retreats: In-person experiential workshops and immersive experiences
  • Advanced Retreats: Extended 7-day intensive programmes
  • Membership Community: Ongoing support and resources through private online community
  • Digital Materials: Videos, workbooks, assessments, and educational resources
2.2 Educational Nature
All programmes are strictly educational and focus on psychological development, conscious communication, and personal growth. Our services are not therapeutic treatment, medical advice, or sexual services.
2.3 Professional Qualifications
Patricia Heinis holds qualifications in sexual and couples therapy. However, Sacred Power programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute therapeutic treatment or medical advice regarding trauma or psychological conditions.
3. Participant Eligibility & Restrictions

3.1 Age Requirements
  • Minimum Age: 18 years (strictly enforced)
  • Age Verification: Self-declaration with legal agreement during enrollment process
  • Additional Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued ID verification if there are concerns about participant age
  • No Exceptions: We do not accept participants under 18 under any circumstances

3.2 Participant Suitability
Participants must:
  • Be mentally and emotionally capable of giving informed consent
  • Understand the educational nature of our programmes
  • Commit to respectful, consensual interaction with other participants
  • Acknowledge that our programmes involve discussion of adult themes and sexuality

3.3 Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who:
  • Are under 18 years of age
  • Display predatory, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour
  • Misrepresent our services as therapy or medical treatment
  • Violate our community guidelines or code of conduct
4. Course Offerings & Pricing
4.1 Tiered Course Structure
First Explorer Circle - €297
  • 2-week online foundation course
  • 4 live sessions online
  • Basic digital materials
  • Community access
5. Payment Terms & Conditions
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept:
  • Credit/debit cards (processed through Mollie)
  • Bank transfers (German and EU banks)
  • PayPal (where available)
  • Instalments for courses €797 and above
5.2 Payment Schedule
Courses €797 and Above:
  • Deposit Required: 50% upon enrolment
  • Final Payment: Due 14 days before course commencement
  • Instalment Option: Available over 3-6 months (subject to approval)
Courses Under €797:
  • Full Payment: Due upon enrolment
Retreats:
  • Deposit: €500 upon booking
  • Balance: Due 30 days before retreat date
5.3 Currency & Taxes
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include German VAT where applicable
  • International participants may incur additional bank fees
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for future bookings
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Widerrufsrecht)

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As required by German consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

6.2 Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
  • You have expressly requested that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period
  • The service has been fully performed with your prior express consent
  • Digital content has been downloaded or accessed after express consent
6.3 Refund Policy

More than 48 Hours Before Course Start
  • Within 14 days: Full refund (statutory right)
  • 15+ days before start: 85% refund (15% administrative fee)

Less than 48 Hours Before Course Start
  • No refund available (except in extraordinary circumstances)
  • Course credit: May be offered for future programmes

After Course Commencement
  • No refunds for completed sessions
  • Partial refunds: May be considered for unforeseen personal emergencies

Retreat Cancellations
  • 30+ days before: 85% refund
  • 14-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund (course credit may be offered)
6.4 Refund Processing
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of valid cancellation
  • Refunds returned to original payment method
  • Bank transfer fees (if applicable) deducted from refund amount
7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
  • Video recordings and audio content
  • Workbooks, templates, and assessments
  • Written materials and frameworks
  • Sacred Power methodology and curriculum
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding
Are the exclusive property of Sacred Power and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
7.2 Your Usage Rights
Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
  • Access and view materials for personal educational use
  • Download designated materials for personal use only
  • Participate in live sessions and community discussions
7.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
  • Share, distribute, or sell any course materials
  • Record live sessions without express written permission
  • Reproduce content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or copy our methodology
  • Create derivative works based on our materials
7.4 Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means access for the life of the Sacred Power platform, subject to:
  • Our continued operation of the platform
  • Your compliance with these Terms
  • Platform technical requirements and updates
8. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
Respectful Interaction
All participants must:
  • Treat others with respect and dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared in sessions
  • Use inclusive, non-discriminatory language
  • Respect boundaries and consent in all interactions
Prohibited Behaviour
The following behaviours result in immediate removal without refund:
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
  • Sharing personal contact information without consent
  • Recording or photographing other participants without permission
  • Promoting competing services or inappropriate solicitation
  • Misrepresenting our services or creating false testimonials
Privacy & Confidentiality
  • What happens in sessions stays in sessions
  • Personal information shared by participants must remain confidential
  • No photography or recording without explicit consent
  • Sacred Power may record sessions for educational purposes with notice
9. Health & Safety Disclaimers
9.1 Educational Nature
Sacred Power programmes are educational and developmental, not therapeutic or medical treatment. Participants acknowledge that:
  • We do not provide therapy, counselling, or medical advice
  • Our programmes do not replace professional mental health treatment
  • Participants are responsible for their own emotional and physical wellbeing
9.2 Emotional Processing
Our programmes may involve:
  • Emotional intensity and personal insights
  • Exploration of sensitive topics and personal history
  • Physical exercises and embodiment practices
  • Group processing and sharing
9.3 Participant Responsibility
Participants must:
  • Disclose relevant health conditions that might affect participation
  • Take responsibility for their emotional and physical boundaries
  • Seek appropriate professional support if needed
  • Participate only within their comfort and capacity levels
9.4 Emergency Support
While we provide integration support, we are not equipped for mental health emergencies. Participants experiencing crisis should contact:

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Scope of Liability
Sacred Power's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by German law. We are liable only for:
  • Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Breach of fundamental contractual obligations
  • Product liability claims
10.2 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
  • Emotional distress or psychological reactions to educational content
  • Decisions made by participants based on programme information
  • Technical issues with internet-based services
  • Actions of other participants
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages
10.3 Maximum Liability
Where liability exists, our total liability per participant is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except for injury to life, body, or health.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
11.1 Data Processing
Our data protection practices are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:
  • We process personal data only as necessary for service delivery
  • All processing complies with GDPR and German data protection law
  • Sensitive information is protected with enhanced security measures
  • Participants have full rights under GDPR (access, correction, deletion)
11.2 Recording & Documentation
  • Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes
  • Recordings are stored securely and access is limited
  • Participants will be notified before any recording begins
  • Participants may request exclusion from recorded portions
11.3 Testimonials & Marketing
  • We may request testimonials or feedback for marketing purposes
  • All usage requires separate, explicit consent
  • Participants may use pseudonyms or remain anonymous
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time
12. Technical Requirements & Platform Access
12.1 System Requirements
Participants need:
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for live sessions)
  • Updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Email account for communications
  • Device capable of video conferencing (for live sessions)
12.2 Platform Responsibility
  • We maintain platforms during normal business hours
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Technical support available during business hours
  • We are not liable for internet outages or participant technical issues
12.3 Account Security
Participants are responsible for:
  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Ensuring their devices meet security requirements
  • Complying with platform terms of service
13. Force Majeure & Service Modifications
13.1 Force Majeure Events
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
  • Natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government orders
  • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
  • Strikes, labour disputes, or supplier failures
  • Other events beyond our reasonable influence
13.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
  • Modify course content based on participant feedback
  • Update technical platforms with reasonable notice
  • Reschedule sessions due to facilitator availability
  • Adjust community guidelines as needed
13.3 Participant Options
In case of significant service modifications:
  • Participants will receive advance notice where possible
  • Alternative dates or formats will be offered
  • Refunds may be available for substantial changes
  • Course credits valid for 12 months may be offered
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues:
  • Response time: Within 3 business days
  • Resolution goal: Within 14 days of initial contact
Alternative Dispute Resolution
For unresolved consumer disputes, participants may use:
  • Online Dispute Resolution Platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • German Consumer Arbitration Board: verbraucher-schlichter.de
  • We are willing to participate in appropriate ADR procedures
Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
  • Governing Law: German law (excluding conflict of law provisions)
  • Jurisdiction: German courts (location of our business registration)
  • Consumer Protection: EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
  • Language: German language version governs in case of translation conflicts
15. Severability & Amendments
15.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable:
  • The remaining provisions continue in full force
  • Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions achieving similar intent
  • The overall validity of these Terms is not affected
15.2 Amendments
  • Terms may be updated to reflect legal changes or service improvements
  • Material changes require 30 days advance notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Participants may terminate services if they object to changes
15.3 No Waiver
  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
  • Waivers must be in writing and signed by authorised representatives
  • Individual waivers do not affect future enforcement rights
16. Final Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific course agreements, constitute the entire agreement between participants and Sacred Power UG (limited liability).
16.2 Assignment
  • Participants may not assign or transfer their rights under these Terms
  • Sacred Power may assign these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Course access is personal and non-transferable
16.3 Survival
Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, dispute resolution, and confidentiality survive termination of these Terms.

German Translation: A German language version of these Terms is available upon request and governs in case of any discrepancies with this English version.
